Global Interaction
An Australian leader in cross-cultural missions, Global Interaction (formerly Australian Baptist Mission Society) was faithfully and effectively promoting and declaring the work of God's people overseas. But by recognising that engaging young people is critical to the sustainability of mission agencies, Global Interaction sought out Capacity Builders for an injection of strategy.
With Capacity Builders, Global Interaction has benefited from:
- A young adults communications plan that is rapidly building recognition across Australia's discerning Christian Gen X and Y communities
- A flagship publication – "Resonate" – with real-life mission stories, in-depth 'thought leader' articles and a mixed bag of recipes and pop quizzes that is stirring the missional instinct of a new generation
Capacity Builders has also recently worked with Global Interaction to develop a strategic plan that aligns the mission agency under broad organisation-wide goals that leadership and the board can track with over time.
